Construction at the Blue Oven Findlay Market location is ongoing, and we’re working towards 100% completion before opening the doors for a full weekday schedule. We will continue our regular weekend hours on Saturday and Sunday throughout the construction process, but we hope to open Tuesday through Friday very soon. We apologize for the long wait for the new Findlay Market space, but we look forward to making it up to you with Findlay Market exclusives, and new Blue Oven favorites baked fresh in OTR. Our Findlay Market will also allow Blue Oven Farm to make an appearance downtown with fresh organic produce, farm fresh foods and croix tarts featuring sweet items from Blue Oven. Important note on the hours, though when you Google our hours you may see we are open, those hours are based on Findlay Market’s schedule and cannot be changed at this time.
